You really should :) Just don't think too hard about how it's supposed to be medieval times, and you'll be fine (and try to ignore them saying 'ok')!

Basically. Or at least pretend that everything they say is being translated from medieval to modern English, so they're using their equivalent of ok, rather than the actual word!
