The one person Palom has known, loved, and loathed his entire life is of course his twin sister. She's his elder sister by minutes only, a fact that annoys him to no end. Despite that, there is no person Palom works better with than her. They share a deep understanding of one another and as much as Palom is annoyed by her adherence to rules and social protocol, he does rely on her nagging in a strange sort of way from keeping him from going overboard. Not that he'd ever tell her this.
Now that they're adults, they are not as close as they used to be. He's formed his own separate identity, just as she has. Still, when it comes right down to it, she's his sister and he'd put his life on the line for her any time. And then proceed to make her feel guilty for it afterward.
