So yeah, still to lazy to post about the trip... anyway:
My aunt and uncle have a new puppy!!! She's so cute! She's a Samoyed, like Chelsi was (my aunt and uncle had to talk about it a LOT because my aunt thought it was too soon for another Samoyed, but my uncle wanted one, etc. etc.). Anyway, they came over yesterday afternoon and the poor little thing kept crying, but it was adorable. We brought her inside and my brother and I sat cross-legged on a tarp in the family room with my aunt to pet the little furball (XD). She's so soft; my aunt thinks her tongue is abnormally long because it sticks out of her mouth a little, but I think she's still cute even with the tongue. She kept climbing into peoples laps; I guess she felt safe or something. My aunt's silk Yorkie, Darby, kept sniffing her and tried to play, but she was too scared I guess. After that Darby laid down under the table rather depressed-like (he's been like that since Chesli died). Pretty soon the little ball of fluff got tired and felt asleep on my pant leg on the floor. I tried to move my knee, but she just moved her head on top of my leg and fell asleep again. It was kinda funny, because her head slipped down a little (like it would if she was a kid sleeping in class) and she fell asleep with her nose pointing at the ground.
I know for a fact that my aunt didn't really want this puppy and that she got it mostly for my uncle. She's already called her Chelsi once by accident, something I'm sure all of us are bound to do. So hopefully this won't be too hard for her. They still haven't really decided on a name; at first it was Lacy, but then it was like "Oh, people are going to think about Laci Peterson," so it won't be Lacy. It'll most likely be Stacy, I think. She looks kinda like a Stacy. We might be going to my aunt's house today to see the puppy again, so depending on how the day goes I may not be back online till late tonight or tomorrow afternoon.
I have a hair appointment tomorrow, and I'm hoping I know what to do with my hair. I just hope Aimee is in a good mood. Once when she was in a bad mood she butchered my bangs and I had to grin and bear it as if I liked having them that short, but as most of my friends know, I hated it. So I'm going to tell her to keep the bangs long; that way I can mess with them myself if I have to. And I'm not sure how short to get it cut. I'll have layers in the front like always, but as for the rest... I know it will definitely not go above the shoulders. I asked my mom and she said I look good with short or long hair, but I know she likes it longer, like it is now. So I'm not quite sure. Two inches could either be too much or just right. Either way, I'm praying that it'll look good come Senior Pictures in August. Before anyone asks, no I cannot get a hair cut closer to Senior Pictures. 1) I will be on vacation on and off. 2) Like I said, if she screws up somehow (which she shouldn't since she's a highly ranked stylist) I need time to mess with it myself. So yeah. End hair appointment babble.
