(no subject)
Hi there. It's been a crazy busy week. I'm actually not quite sure where the time went. It's hard for me to believe that it's already February 7, but I'm okay with that, I guess.
Tuesday was a great day. I was in a meeting all day (until a little after 3:00), but it was a beautiful day here - 70 degrees and sunny. So after the meeting, I went to vote and then just enjoyed the day until I had to go to another meeting Tuesday night. (This has been the week for meetings.)
I was jumping up and down at our youth Superbowl party on Sunday night when the Giants won. I don't think there was a single person at the party who wanted the Patriots to win, which was great. We were all thrilled when Li'l Peyton pulled it off.
I've been able to spend lots of quality time with kids this week which has been awesome (after all, that's why I love my job), and now it's the weekend. I have a lock-in/retreat tomorrow night with a bunch of kids from various churches (3 from mine) to plan our big regional youth conference that's coming up the first weekend in March. Should be a great time!
