Last night I made a mini microwaveable cake. I added water to the cake mix, put it in a mug, and put it in the microwave for one minute and 45 seconds. That's how you do it! While it was "baking," I added water to the frosting mix and mixed that up. I poured it over the freshly baked cake and added the sprinkles. It was pretty delicious for the 4 minutes total that it took me to make it (from beginning to end). And it was fun to eat cake out of a MUG. Who knew?
I am thrilled that today is Saturday and I don't have to go back to work until Tuesday. I know everybody loves a three-day weekend, but don't they seem to come at just the right time? When everybody at work is about at the end of their rope? This timing is just perfect!
Fantasy football draft tomorrow night. I have done no preparation so far - I think I better get on that! I'm so excited for football season and COLTS games. Hooray!
