you're right, (v) is absolutely gorgeous- it's balanced and the colours are so bright and pretty.

(w) is what i think your style was a couple of weeks ago, when i friended you (I love the colouring)

for (e), i'd move the girl and splode slightly to the left, so it balances more- just what i'd do!

(n) reminds me of letsey_x 's icons, a bit :) - in a good way

I think your icons are less consistent, which is good and bad.
The goodness is because many of your new icons are wonderful; eg,

and you still have some of your 'old' style, (m, p, w).
bad because some of your icons i don't really like as much as your old style. (s, a)
BUT your should so keep doing new stuff, cos then we can have awesome new stuff.
+ don't stop doing your old style, because I love it! (uniqueness is something i want in my icons)

thankyou for your comments. As you probably know, it's always good to hear specific thoughts on your icons, potitive and negative :D

Oh, and just out of curiosity, which exactly is it about the icons that represents the 'old style' to you?

REALLY bright, almost orange skin, more colours on the edges of things, lots of yellow, red and cyan. contrast between the background + subject in terms of colour. (not always all at once, though :) )
