So this was a shoot I've been wanting to do since I went to Vegas in July. I finally had the free time and the motivation to finally crack down and make the light board. Everything about this shoot with mingswly was spontaneous--- the design of the costumes, the props, the people involved, etc.

The height is a lie. The place we bought the lights from ran out of the lights we needed because I guess.. HAW... we bought them all... Instead of the light board being 7' like I wanted to, it ended up being 5' or so. I had to hack off a row of the foam core. The lights aren't exactly LED lights as you can see. I guess I can be thankful for that, because I bet the white balance would have been a betch to my measly D40. Overall it took a week to make--- from Monday till Friday, to be exact. I have to thank my roommates for the help they gave me otherwise it would've taken a hell of a lot longer! Punching holes really suck!!

Originally it was going to be me shooting Ming...

Then it went to Ming whipping a skirt up in 2 seconds (and by that, I meant sewing a skirt together from scratch) and shooting me...

Then my roommate came over and shot the both of us...

Then we ended the shoot with me shooting him!

Here is our SUUUPER ghetto-tastic setup.......

And here are all the things I used and the process to make the board~!

And because Ming requested it, pix of me
