It seems to me that football (european) is an excellent sport. Commercial free, hardly any American analysis at halftime (so that ESPN can get their commercials in), and a bunch of exceptionally fit men who run around for 90 minutes and jump all over each other when they score goals.
It's no wonder Americans hate it so much.
