today, my dad blew up at me and called me a bitch. My mom yelled at me and told me that i treat everyone like shit...she told me that she used that word because she couldn't think of anything lower and more cruel than shit.
i did a good job holding back my tears...until i went into the shower and cried. i decided that would be the last time i cry for awhile. i need to work on focusing on other people first. it will just be easier.
