It did not used to, but the sky opened up sometime last month and has yet to close again. Perhaps we just hit Discedo's rainy season?

We were worried, for a while, but we have some rather skilled water-manipulators around here, so we have been fine so far. Just very, very wet. The lakebed has finally started to house a lake again, though, which is nice.

I see. Hopefully the lake will start to support life again, then. From what I've been told, this whole city is pretty bleak...
