So yesterday, the 10th, we woke up at 5am to catch the shuttle to the airport. And then We got on the relatively nice flight to Toronto. I half-slept through most of it (causing my neck to cramp up, but I seriously couldn't keep my eyes open), so I couldn't take advantage of the TV and movie options available. That was a mistake. I should have done that for the flight to Paris because the video system wasn't working very well and they lost all the movie data on that flight. Anyways.

So, the day started at 5am, we got on our first flight around 8am, then we landed at about 2 pm Toronto time. It was at this point (or rather an hour later when we got to the international terminal) that I had a small pizza, my first food of the day. Needless to say, I've been lightheaded ever since that morning.

So around 5pm Toronto time we get on the flight to Paris. My first trans-continental flight EVER. I was really excited. And oh the food! Tres bon! A mini baguette, a piece of (smelly, but delicious) cheese, a yoghurt, a cup of apple sauce, a barley salad with proscutto (I think that's the wrong spelling), a piece of banana chocolate cake, and a choice of pumpkin ravioli in alfredo sauce, or salmon with a basil sauce, veggies, and mashed potatoe (I chose the ravioli). No one else wanted the apple sauce (which was delicious) so I ate four cups full o.O

The length of the flight wasn't as bad as I thought. Everyone was always on about how aweful it is to be crammed in a plane for 7 hours, but I wasn't bothered by it at all.

So, after a near sleepless flight, we were served a tasty little muffin and some juice. July 11, 5 am, Paris time. Arrival. We had another mini breakfast of sorts, consisting of two croissants for mom and dad, and a mango (I think) danish pastry for me! It was a little on the heavy side, but soooooo good! Seriously, French food = win!

9:30 am, Paris time, we get on the flight to Barcelona. a nice short flight compared to the other two. We landed around....I don't know when, I wasn't paying attention to anything by that point. I was dead tired. But once we got to the ship, I was feeling better.

Okay, I'm wrapping this up because I have to pay for internet. Yeah. It sucks. I bought a plan for 180 minutes or something (for $75) and I've already been here for nearly an hour. o.O It's an expensive cruise. So maybe I'll not post everyday. I think I'll write some notes and do an entry for everyday once I get home. Because there's no way to put my pictures on here now anyway. It really sucks >_< So this is probably good bye for the next 12 days.

Oh, and apparently, Kowloon is a city? I saw it on the in-flight magazine...

Adios!
