Bulking or getting fat?

I"m not sure. I put on 1-2kg and I look bigger though at certain parts I'm loose. There's muscle definition here and there but it feels like I'm bursting out of my clothes. My butt and thighs feel too tight in my pants though my calves are nothing and the pants are loose in my waist. My shoulders and chest make me feel like I'm going to turn into the Incredible Hulk soon. I still have a sizeable gut though. And my palms are callused. I'm not getting enough sleep because my mum snores way too loudly. Not disciplined with the eating either. Yeah, probably fat. Why am I still lifting puny loads. It's February already goddammit.
