No joke, Melissa convinced me to join a dating site... I feel awkward and slightly ashamed about it, but it's kind of cool, and I met a dude who I have a date with next week. We'll see how it goes! My last date with a guy from work didn't go so well, as it turned out we had NOTHING to talk about except work. Hopefully this next one goes better. We're rated a 97% match! LAWL. This whole thing is totally ridiculous. I can't believe I'm doing this.
In other news about my life, I got a promotion at work and I'll be commuting to Loyola in the fall. It's soooo far! Ugh. But, it allows me to keep my job here and still go to school. Which I really shouldn't put off any longer otherwise I'll just never go back.
Oh, and my hair is blue. Well, not all of it. But some of it. I think it looks pretty dang awesome, if I do say so myself. And I have my next tattoo carefully planned and sketched (stamped?) out and all I'm waiting for is money and the balls to go through with it. I'm getting Zeppelin and Bosco's paw prints on the outside of my thigh. Hopefully, as my furry family grows I can add more! PS - It's very difficult getting the pawprint of a dog who doesn't like having her paws touched. Thanks a lot, Bosco!
Now it's time for breakfast (yes, it's 2pm) a shower and getting shit done today. Also going out later tonight. Huzzah! And maybe obsessively checking for people that think I'm awesome and want to talk to me.
