Thor and Illyria have been surprisingly companionable so far. Usually she treats big power as a threat to her that she must fight from the get-go but because Thor first caught her when he was tiny and ridiculous and then talked to her like she had interesting things to say they've so far gotten along okay. So she's tentatively interested in continuing to speak with him without sharp pointy things between them, but still volatile enough that their continuing acquaintance could at any time erupt into violence.

I'm interested to know what Thor thinks of Illyria.

That Thor's being slightly confrontational toward Illyria is something of a sign of respect. It's one of his ways of acknowledging her power, but Thor wouldn't be Thor if he wasn't up-front about his willingness to get in her way if need be.

That said, he'd really rather avoid that if possible--he's... well, enjoyed their conversations so far and wouldn't mind keeping them up. He's particularly interested in the side of her she showed the last time they spoke, because he wasn't expecting it and it appeals to his compassionate nature. He'd like to help her--but at the same time he's not forgetting that he considers her a threat... And isn't going to let her forget that he hasn't forgotten, either.

AND I forgot to ask a question! So--what does Batwoman think about the rest of the superhero contingent in Camp?

She thinks it's large, interesting and disorganised. She likes getting to know Power Girl and various bats she didn't get to hang with in Gotham. But also I haven't really played her with other superheroes nearly enough.

What is a canon not represented at camp that you'd like to see apped from?

Well, as one of your fellows in the Comics Contingent, I'd bend the rules a bit and say there are are lots of series from the same canons I'd like to see in Camp--the Fantastic Four/Future Foundation, Guardians of the Galaxy, Thunderbolts, and Incredible Hercules from Marvel, and JSA and the Legion of Superheroes from DC... But that's cheating.

Still, sticking with comic books? I would definitely love to see people app from IDW's licensed Dungeons & Dragons comics. Because as Chris Sims says, it's pretty awesome.

But then, also because I know comics aren't everybody's cuppa, there are a couple of anime series I wouldn't mind seeing show up in Camp--anybody from Scrapped Princess, Tower of Druaga, or Romeo X Juliet would make my day.

I almost apped from post-boot Legion of Superheroes once!

I want more people to app from Shojo manga, stuff like Alice 19th and what have you. I'm not sure how they could make it work in game, but I'd love to see someone apping from Shiver which is an adorable werewolf novel. I've felt for years that I'd love to see people apping from Concrete, or the Alien movies. I'd love to see characters from Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex in camp and characters from Astro Boy would also be pretty cute. Also, The Simpsons need to be in camp.

What is your favourite thing about playing Thor?

I've been asked this a couple times before, and each time I think I've come up with a different answer. Part of it comes from Thor being a character who is so good and noble and pure... I hear some people are really drawn to villains, but for some reason I like me them paragons of virtue.

But I think the real reason is because of the Thorspeak. I have no idea how it comes to me and I don't think I get it right all the time, but I love trying to shape his dialogue the right way. It's loads and loads of fun.

Is there anyone you think I should app?

I can't think of anyone I want apped that would especially suit you, actually. You should just app characters that make you happy!
