(no subject)
It's been a while since I've actually posted about something we've done, as opposed to random shit. So here it is.
Like wednesday we went to this Hibachi grill, and it was a good show, but the food wasn't anything to rave about. The guy made a volcano out of an onion, and a pacman out of a giant fried rice disk and some spare peas. After that we went to Celebrity for some cake. Because...theres ALWAYS room for cake. However, I got pie, and like two bites from the end I truly felt that I was going to vomit from the fullness of it all. Key Lime Pie owns your ass. (Funny thing, this key lime pie wasn't green it was more...if you took a can of peas and put it in a food processor and let it oxidize on the counter for an hour...)
Friday, nothing. Saturday max's dad brought HIM out to lunch to talk about OUR finances which royally pissed me the fuck off, but whatever. They sent him home with a folder with this excel spreadsheet of our estimated monthly budget, which pissed me off even more because aside from the electric company lying to his dad and the online bill pay thinger fucking up, WE'RE DOING JUST MOTHER FUCKING FINE!!!!! Argh.
Last night was another D&D night, minus the D&D. Max's people: Pat, Keith and Matt (who just moved into our apartment complex, and we get $300 because of it! hah) all came to Chris's house. Chris is this lovely redhead obsessed with shiny things and WoW. Max and Patrick played Guitar Hero which resulted in many giggles and much fun. We had pizza and Played Arkham Horror. Took like three hours but I'd sit through it again. We didn't leave till like 1am, where we had to wait because the windows had frosted over and we couldnt see. Ran inside and put on warm pajamas, and max played final fantasy which sucked serious ovaries.
I'm slowly being nerdified by these people, but I guess it isn't a bad thing.
We've decided stephanie is going to be taking the Pharmacy Tech exam in june, where when both Stephanie and Max pass and get jobs, we'll be making about $80,000 between us. Once we go to school and get our pharmacist degrees, we'll be making about $300,000 a year together. Not bad eh? I still might go to massage therapy school or whatever it's called, we'll see. Nifty thing is by the time we get the degrees, the demand for pharmacists will have like tripled and the salary might increase.
I -really- want pancakes.
It sucks when you have nothing to do in the morning, because your only source of entertainment has to sleep 15 hours.
I hate when these little girl toys call 'twists, 'braids'. Two strands = twist. Three strands = braid. Shut up.
When I get a job im investing in a new digi-camera and a laptop, eventually. Waiting for max's shitty downloads and dealing with all of his game friends babbling random shit when he isn't around is getting kinda old. Not to mention I have to wait till hes asleep or at work to do anything that takes longer than five minutes.
