4 out of 5 voices in my head say go back to sleep

Where to start
So I'm going to be a lifeguard at the West Suburban YMCA. I passed my 500 yd, 20 laps, swim test and all I need to do is get recertified. The aquatic instructor is uber pleasant and the two of the lifeguards working there I recognize, Alison, who was the assistant coach of the boys swim team my freshie year and Ivan who was a fellow swim mate two years running. The minimum wage in MA is about 6$ an hour and as a lifeguard I shall get paid, .... 8:75 per hour. Yes that is almost three dollars more, booya. All that is left is the recertification. The fact that people's life depend on me is kinda scary but I'm reassured by two facts.
1.) My shifts are lap swim which means that I will most likely guard people who do triathlons in their spare time
2.) My parents read the Newton Tab religiously to torture me with the success of other students and they would have mentioned any accident that happened in the Y

I really want to avoid visiting colleges. It is a mixture of procrastination and laziness with a side attitude of delaying the inevitable. Stephie went to Wash-U and according to the NNHS statistics during that year 47 students applied there, 5 got accepted. Those are some shoes to fill. Plus by random conwincidence my parents want me to visit all the Ivy league schools Harvard, Brown, Yale, err

So much more to write but too sleepy to continue
