warded_portal is hosting the Final Word Drabble Challenge this week, and it's up right
here, if you'd like to participate. Please do! It's a lot of fun, and it's not so hard to come up with a teensy little drabble or two, is it? They sometimes even help when you have writer's block. The only rule is that the drabble end in the week's chosen word--in this

It also sounds like a sort of follow-up to that truly evil ficlet you and (Was it Shiv?)did...
"It was unfortunate that little Ronnikins..." I'm sorry, for the life of me I can't recall the post that was in...
Oh, and you're hosting the challenge again? What fun. I may have to put in another drabble. Jill/Snape, anyone?

It's not quite a follow-up to the evil ficlet with Shiv (which can be found here), but yeah, you're right--it's definitely a relative. I did have that in mind when I was writing.
Please put in another drabble! Especially if it's Jill/Snape. :-) That would be great.
Now I just need to think of a word...

It did sound scarily similar to that ficlet.
I doubt if I would be the first poster, seeing as how you usually post when I'm still at work, but if I were, I might be convinced to host the next one if a certain someone would pimp it to her f-list full of HP fans.
There are lots of good words. How about, 'intent?' That can be used so many ways.

I would certainly be happy to pimp if you were hosting. I always try to help! Don't know how much pull I have, but I do try.
'Intent' is a good one! I've thought of another one I think might work. It's... ah, but no. That would be telling! ;-)

Yes, quite cute. Jill and her devil-may-care savoir-faire (and thankfully less skanky outfits) and Snape and his social awkwardness and snark. Rather opposites in a way.
I have more Jill/Snape plotbunnies than I know what to do with. They breed! (The plotbunnies, luv, not J/S... at least not yet!)
Speaking of which, I really should follow your example and gather all my drabbles into a single place. I have to hunt old entries to find them for reference sometimes. *le sigh*
And you have more pull than you think! Look how many comments you get as compared to me when we post new chapters... You do have the far bigger HP f-list, luv.

Yes, and I think that's good. Snape has a tendency to be brooding and morose, and Jill will snap him out of the worst of that. She's feisty, not unlike Lily, but she's also remarkably accepting and tolerant--a quality that Lily didn't have, and that Snape really needs.
Ooh, breeding plotbunnies! I like to hear that.

~smirks~ 'Yet' being the operative word there, I assume.
I do like having all the drabbles in one place. It's very convenient, especially since I can pull all of them up with a single tag.
