FIC: Roots (The Mighty Boosh, Howard/Vince, PG)
So this is that ficlet I wrote over the weekend. It grabbed me by the front of Friday, and it wouldn't let go until I wrote it. The concept was inspired in an incredibly silly way--essentially, by my not-yet-caffeinated, foggy morning self staring at my bowl of chocolate breakfast cereal (don't judge me, it does have fiber, and more importantly, it makes the almond milk all chocolatey). From there, my thought process went something like this:
Chocolate------>Brown------>Howard------>Thinking about Vince
And then this story arrived essentially fully formed, and all I had to do was take dictation as Howard whispered the words in my ear and my chocolate cereal got soggy. I love love love being in a good writing space again. :D
Title: Roots

Summary: Howard's very favourite shade of brown is rarely seen, and has no name.
Word Count: 500 words, exactly.
Rating: PG
Warnings: None, except for hazardous exposure to brown and a shameful lack of explicit sex. ~hangs head in shame~
