To my Grandma, Marion Jane Howard 1923-2007
You were a mother to everyone you met, you never knew a stranger.
You were a fierce guardian of your family, you felt every one of their wounds as though they were your own.
You had many talents...we will always remember your zucchini bread, knitted afghans and sensible, loving advice through our lives.
We knew you were not alone in death, we felt the spirits come to guide you home. We are glad you are away from all pain.
