new job
okay so if you haven't heard I got a new job people!! It's in my field (drug counselor) the pay was a 9000 increase a year from what I was making. I do work 9.5 hour days BUT I only have to work 4 days a week and I work from 10:30-8 which I don't feel is too shabby. Not to mention you have three different benefit packages to pick from a 401K (I'm rolling mine over) and they take 20,000 in life insurance for you. I'm excited. Even if I hate it I figure I can stick it out a year until I have the experience to go somewhere else. I get a raise everytime I go through a training seminar and/or when I get my CADC. I'll be the only full time employee in the office other than the administrator so whenever she's out I'm in charge. I'm nervouse cause I hate starting new jobs and having to meet all new people, but I am happy. Can't get much worse than BCF. Other than that my last day here is July 5th and I took the 6th, 7th, and 8th off since I'm starting the new job the 11th and I haven't had a vacation since my senior year of high school and that was a week long. I need some R&R. Other than that I've just been hanging around getting used to the fact that I don't have to get to class every night. however I'vebeen getting really tired alot. I think I better cut back on my caffeine or something. I also finally got those invisalign braces and you so can't see them at all they rock. Well that's the short version but since I'm leaving work I'm ending on that note.
