David and I have been talking very seriously about marriage lately. He is actually have a conversation about plans for a proposal with his dad next week and he told me he wanted to have dinner with just my dad in the next month or so which means he is ready to ask me before too long. I am absolutely amazed that he is that ready and already making plans. I figured it would be sometime during the first year of law school or something a little further away but he has said that it will happen before the end of summer. I'm trying not to get too excited about all of it but it is difficult. Of course, I told him that I would have the thing planned before he proposed but I guess not. However, I have already picked the dress that I want to wear. I've spent a lot of time on David's Bridal since we have been talking about it. Here is the dress though.

Anyway, things are absolutely insane around here. My school is a little busy but I've decided that most of it is ridiculous. I just have to make it through July with all of this work and then I will be done. I spent this weekend finishing up my applications for teaching next year. i'm not sure where I am going to end up but I have hopes of being in Forsyth County...possibly John's Creek. They are opening a new school so I'm hoping I can score a job there. It would be awesome! Oh well, I'm going to go find something to eat! Peace!
