Sick of being sick. Mostly because I feel alright in the mornings and feel like crap by the time I get off work.
Ate dinner last night with Matthias and a group of athiests who meet up for dinner once a week. It was refreshing to be around non-religious people outside of my usual peer group, and it made me realize just how reluctant I am to voice my political and theological opinions around strangers for fear of being rejected, even when I know the strangers I'm surrounded by are of like-minds. Plus, the curry I had was delicious, though I should have had it spicier.
Pho tonight. Drinking with sister tomorrow. Drinking with coworkers Friday. Drinking with cousin sometime this weekend. When am I going to do laundry? When am I going to read a book and be sat on by my cat? When am I going to sleep?
I'm signing myself up for some serious bad luck with all the chain emails coming through my work email today that I'm ignoring.
