The body you awake within
Is not the same you went to sleep with
Something has changed in between those few hours
Of shallow sleep
Transformed in my dreams
From something real
To what I see as an imagined entity of perfection
An object I have conjured up
In the complexities of all my desires
But still I desire you
You my little figurine
Strong
But fragile within my hands
Soft and supple between my fingers
A sense only felt in the state of dreams
In the layers of the largest organ in the body
Sensors firing messages
What is their destination?
I lose myself within the depths
Of that body I created
Desire
