i don't know what i did
but my ankle feels a tad swollen and my foot has that numb feeling
sabunim wasn't there today, so yvette led the class
regular pushups
knuckle pushups
solar plex pushups
finger pushups
explosion pushups
then the same poomse over and over and over again for 40 minutes
the funny thing about repetition sometimes is that you start forgetting what you are doing or start to get ahead of yourself
now i await gabe to reach assassin level so that maybe i can have some ivisit time with him.. i wonder if he still wants me there this weekend.. hmm..
