a happy ending
So, all this angst for nothing really!
Last minute my dad gathered a lot of family members together at my grandma's this week for Thanksgiving. Which is great, because who knows how many more Thanksgivings we have with her.
I told Kevin that I would go with my father and see my family rather than his, since it's rare that I am able to do that. He seems a little upset, but understands, since I've been whining about not ever seeing family or friends and how it bugs me.
I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of holidays with him in the future, anyway :)
