Happy Birthday wishes to julesong
I hope that you had a great one.
I had one of those weeks where my apartment was the place that I slept a few hours and showered in. Wednesday night I was the special guest at Billy Shew's jam in Gig Harbor. Thursday was the Oxford, Friday was a semi-reunion with Polly O'Keary and the Rhythm Method at the Fire Creek in Kent. Saturday night I did a private function at the top of the Pike's Place Market with the Fabulous Roof Shakers. That was a well paying gig, but the load in and out (the parking garage to the skybridge, through the tourists, up the stairs) meant we had to EARN it, Baby.
I wish that I could have hung out with my friends Saturday night though. I wanted to see Matt and Sheryl's new place.
And I keep adding stuff to YouTube. It took a while to figure out a way to extract from the Rendezvous Blues Festival DVD. The file was still huge enough to choke iMovie after the conversion/compression.
