i really just need to post a new entry, because, i've been on livejournal every day since i've been home and i was starting to get sick of my unloved and unappreciated music meme. so, even though no one will read this, i...did it anyway.
oh, and i also am obsessed with icons, so i need to make posts and such to use all of my fun new icons!
sadness at saying goodbye to elliott last night. :(
happiness at being surprised today with tickets to a charity book reading with THE jo rowling and THE stephen king (and john irving) in august. fburhkebjdjhdd could anything be better?! :)
i hope meggers reads this at some point, because i wasn't here when she imed me the other day and i miss her and want to see her!
i am emplooooooyed. thank god. i was so not looking forward to job hunting when i got turned down for one the other day. some job hunting. less than 24 hours after i was rejected (who would reject ME?!) i got a job at one of the best universities in the country. pretty sweet deal!
