The aurora was amazing tonight. Seriously.
I haven't seen it this breath-taking since Sophomore year at the Southside concert. It may not have been as colorfull, but bright green still took up about half of the sky in a huge circle, swirling and dancing. And it made it me totally and completely happy.
Apart from a couple of awkward moments, including being whistled at by an ex co-worker whom I'm still pretty sure didn't reconize me, today fucking rocked.
And the aurora was the icing on the cake. That, and remember I had a subway sandwich in the fridge which was still crisp and not remotely soggy. AND the microwave died. Which sounds bad, but it was too tiny to make sense, and was almost twice my age. And sucked. And now, we have to get a new one.
I'm excited.
