Yuck. I am awake at six o-clock in the morning. Not to go to school, I am babysitting. I woke up at five, came here, and I cannot fall back asleep. I brought my pillows and an alarm clock because I don't have to wake the kids up until seven-thirty, so I thought "hey, I can sleep two more hours." Well I don't think that is going to work, ever! And I have to do this every Tuesday, and every other Monday, for the rest of the semester... boo! Mondays I don't really care, because I don't have class, so I can just crawl back in bed and sleep the whole day if I want. But Tuesdays... oh wonderful Tuesdays:
5:20- Babysit
8:30- kids go to school, I go home
10:45- leave home for 11:00 class
2:10- end of class
2:15- (thats right folks, five minutes in between) next class, same exact classroom, thankfully
5:30-ish- leave classroom finally and head home for homework and something to eat.
I would suggest no one call me on Tuesdays... and if you do, I apologize ahead of time for not getting back to you until Wednesday.
In other news, I tried getting a job at
Payless Shoes in the mall. They put me through the whole interview process, and then realized they didn't have any hours to give to a new employee. Then I got a call from
Build-aBear, there's one opening in crossroads at the end of October. For my interview/audition, I had to sing and dance, and prove to them that I can act silly and goofy but still progessional. Yay, that kind of lets me know how much energy would be expected out of me, plastic smiles anyone? After my second interview at build-abear, I went down to Payless to talk to Kelly, who told me that they're probably going to fire someone, and then they would hire me! Whatever, I say, I just need a job. I'd rather work at Payless than Build-a-bear, unless they wouldn't offer me as much money. Who knows. Either way, I'm going to have way too many shoes in my closet... or hundreds of Teddy Bears.
