Casey isn't quite sure how to feel about Elle. On the one hand, she's really annoying. She's petulant, and obnoxious and a general pain in his ass. She's not exactly someone he likes working with, at all. In fact, at first he felt like he was being tested or something by Angela, being assigned such a difficult partner. But slowly but surely, he's coming to respect her, just a little bit.

This first happened when they were at the shooting range together. He was impressed by how well she handled herself with a gun. He had assumed she was just some bratty little girl who relied on her powers or something like that. But she actually has skills, and that impresses him. Not that he'd really ever say as much outloud, but that respect is filed away somewhere in the back of his head past the grunting and annoyance.

The more they work together, I think the more that respect could grow. Not only for her skills as an agent, but even smaller things like her ability to snark right back at him, and sometimes even best him. He's gotten used to Chuck who is often hurt or offended by his words...and she just kind of accepts it. He likes that. Again, not anything he'd ever really outly admit, because John Casey doesn't talk about his feelings, he's not that type of man, at all, but they're there.

I think as time go on, they could actually be really good partners. They have a dynamic that really works well for both of them. And though neither one of them particularly care about one another right now, I definitely could see that changing as time goes on.

And...I'll admit. I ship it, okay? It'd be hot. Like...even if they just had angry!sex one time...somehow, it would be amazing. But if that never happens then I will just...enjoy the dynamic that they already have and that's more than good enough for me. :3

God...it feels weird using an emoticon from Casey's username. Inwardly, he's grunting at me for doing so. JSYK.

I want them to have angry sex at least one time, okay. Or just... fuck each other once. JUST ONCE. If it's feasible. LOL. Listen where there is a will there's a way.
