Rainy day in the city
Work has been stressful as of late. Jeff thought I needed some time out, and today was the day. We did some shopping and saw Persepolis which opened (in limited release) this weekend.
In short: Persepolis is a film everyone should see, and I hope all of you get the chance to.
As for the shopping, at the new Kinokuniya I picked up FMA vol. 15 and two Play Arts figures (Selphie and Kadaj). While there, I flipped through the new Cloud book from Squeenix (the verdict: MAD CHEESY) and spotted a new Kingdom Hearts artbook. We also went to Rockefeller Center to see the Christmas tree, and noticed that the old Kinokuniya was in the midst of a moving sale. Everything in there was 50% off, and of course, most all of the good stuff had (presumably) been sent to the new store. Today was probably the last time I'd ever set foot in that place; I'll miss it.
