I won't be locking this journal. It's an inconvenience to me and to be honest, I couldn't really care who reads this... but just because this is a "public journal" does not give you the right to complain if I happen to whine. You don't have to read it. Go ahead and block me. But I'll continue to post how I feel, regardless of the reality

You know, I don't remember ... was this house rented or bought? If it's bought, I suspect they're taking advantage. (Same if it's rented and they aren't paying you rent.)

It's bought... I'm paying the mortgage... I'm charging them $5/night (and splitting utilities) because I know they're looking for an apartment and they're trying to save so they can get a 3 bdrm place... but I haven't collected pay yet...

Time to start demanding it. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of so blatantly. $5 a night is far too cheap. No wonder they aren't looking hard.

the $5/night was the rate my mother suggested since they don't stay here on the weekends... but I'm thinking I'm going to make it just $150/month plus the utilities... so that makes it about $250/month when I divide up the bills...

I'm going to need to ask for it soon...
