Weird
This conversation and this action weirded me out, like I've missed an important part of the exchange each time:
Jonno: What's the Jo-chan up to today?
Me: I have to go to work.
Jonno: That seems to be a popular theme for you lately.
Three weeks, no two days off together. Six days straight in one part, getting tired. But, Jonno has a girlfriend and we never spend time with each other, so why does that matter?
As for the action, I think a couple of the guys I work with are very cute and while I have no desire to date them, I flirt with them. *hangs head in shame* And they flirt back sometimes too. One of them, he and I had been teasing each other and paying each other out all day, laughing and having fun. It was a good day. :) I stopped to read something with the reading material on a flat surface and hand poised to turn the page. He stopped to read what I was reading, asked what part I was reading and then reached a hand towards the one that I had placed to turn the page. I jerked my hand away and stepped back from him and the counter.
Weirder still, when I went to apologise to him for my goofing off that day, his initial expression was one of real shock and concern enough to make me apologise for just one part of the goofing off. When I did that, his smile returned and he continued paying me out for reading 'Buffy' comics.
Me very not with the understanding of what is happening there. Reading too much into things?
