Still Alive

I read everyone on a daily basis, though I don't comment often.  Kind of lost my zeal for LJ lately...meh?

A few things:

-Work is good and getting better.
-I have lost about 33lbs so far on Weight Watchers.  Fell off the wagon a bit during Christmas (all those DELICIOUS desserts! bah!), but am slowly getting back into it.  This past week (Thursday is my weigh-in day, so the last day of my "week") has been the most On Plan for about a month.  Yay for me...or something.
-I guess my resolution(s) include staying on WW until goal (whatever that is, heh) and becoming healthier as I go.  Also to make a huge effort to fit in exercise.  I am to the point now where loss has slowed and I need to add activity to give it a boost.
-Over the holidays I tried strawberries again for the first time since I was told I was allergic.  They don't taste funny anymore and i had no reaction!  Oh, how I missed those berries.  I eat some every chance I get now.  Yummy.
-I tried an exercise video last night that was supposed to be "beginners level".  Gah.  Do they make "fat people" exercise videos?  Cuz seriously, that sucked.  I couldn't finish it...not because I was too tired...but rather because I was getting depressed about how I couldn't keep up with the moves.  Total mood-swing.  So I stopped the dvd before it came on full-force.  Will post on the WW boards later today to get some video suggestions.  Also, I think I am going to try their year-long walking plan that is a structure I am pretty sure I can deal with.  Having stuff scheduled/mapped out is a great motivator for me.
