Life and Death

Jane and I went to visit Sue tonight after work. She's better than she was, but still not able to speak very well, sometimes she can make us understand what she's saying, other times its gibberish. Compared with earlier though, she's improved tremendously. Tom says this time last week the only word he could clearly make out was 'wanker'. She can move her right leg now, but the right arm is still immobile apparently the nerves are reactivating which means she has to endure unending pins and needles.

Its frightening that she went like this within a couple of hours, no warning. They are predicting six months until she fully recovers, thank God they hope she will get completely better again. It could have been so much worse.

appreciate what you've got
