Concerning Polis Massa, I was kind of obligated to go into it because of the lineage thing. Besides, I had been inactive for a long while in the LJC and felt that my part as an active Jedi Master was over with. It was time, and is time, for younger people to take over the LJC at the FA and shape it to adapt to today's culture of Jedi Realism. This is a task which I am ill-equipped to do myself. I am older, married, and bound to a home, family and business. I cannot just go off to a Gathering the way you can. Though I may wish to go, I can't. There are other people to consider. Other Eldars are in similar positions. The era of the Internet Jedi is more or less over, though we can continue to work on improving ourselves as we are able.
I would suggest that you gather your strength, assess your capabilities and then go forward to bring the FA into Jedi Realism. The LJC is not dead and there is a lot of talent there. I think the current power struggles within it will die down and people can move foward.
