(no subject)
Today was a decent day. This morning Brent gave me a copy of Rocky Horror on DVD for Christmas (I hugged him and kissed him on the cheek, and I was sooooooo excited), and then after school I got some gas and went to Zandbroz and bought Why Things Burn by Daphne Gottlieb. My favorite poetry EVER. I'm picky about my poets...so they don't come along often. I'll probably post some of her stuff in here eventually.
Portal con is in 18 days. I'm so excited. Andy can't go for whatever reason, which is unfortunate by not to the point of tragedy. I don't know if Charlie has a sponsor yet, but I believe in miracles, and he is a big ball of miraculous joy. (I love my toast.) Let me see...from Sioux Falls I know it's going to be me, Alec, and Nell for sure. Becki is likely, but Suzie and Eli are looking like a no. Tara isn't going, which is really sad, I think it would make her happy, considering nothing else has been lately.
Meh. Finals week. How wonderful can life be this week, you know? I'm not unhappy, it's just the end of the semester.
And I'm menstrual. Ack. Timing, timing, timing. But at least I'll be free at Portal Con, unlike last year, when I nearly exploded. Ho god. Anybody else remember that?
Yes, there will be another water rave, and I'm bringing Rocky.
