Well, shit has gone down.
First of all, the Gillian and James phenomenon is done. Thank god Tara could come over, I don't know what I would have done had she not been there (thank you so much).
Next morning, I left for Unistar, which was exactly what I needed. Kira, Eli, Emma, Erik, many others, and I spent a long week doing stuff. We played lots of cards. And Kira and I did some XhardcoreXswimmingX when we camped out on the north shore. And I built a fire and played "Man", which was awesome. And oh yeah, she's my girlfriend now. *snicker*
But this one time....Kira was laying down on the porch swing, and I went and layed down on top of her. Emma and Eli were just sitting on the -wondefully tacky- couches, and this kid comes in, maybe 9, 10 years old, and screams "EWWWWW!!! LESBIANS!!!" So funny. And I said "No...there's only one lesbian in this room. Can you guess who it is?" He points right at me and says loudly "IT's YOU!!" Gawd, we laughed for so long over that one.
First day of school today. It wasn't bad, but those three AP classes are going to take a lot of my sleeping time this year, I just know it. But then, that's why they're there, and they look really good on transcripts, and I want out of this god-infested state. *shakes rug* Alec and I hung out after school, which was pleasant, as usual. He's a cool kid, and dammit, he's going to Bagel Con.
And I can't wait to go see the Soviettes on October 5th. Oh yeah.
