I'm very glad this grew teeth. :D Loved it. I knew Gibbs would figure it out. It stinks that it had to be this way though. I would have liked for Tony to have told him, but in lots of ways, I understand why he didn't. Love this series more every time I read anything from it. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I didn't really think there was any way Tony was going to say anything, and I knew Gibbs had to find out at some point, so...there you have it. :)

You know, Geometry is one of those rare stories that has a contingent of original characters, that not only don't annoy me, but also end up being as important as the more established characters. I really like all the players in this universe and, amazingly, with every story and snippet, they become more real, more sympathetic. I love that you let us see Gibbs and David be totally up front with one another without Tony being able to panic about the situation and/or trying to run interference. It is a nice bit of parallelism that, as different as the two of them are, there seems to be an inherent inability to tolerate bullshit and a bitter pragmatism in both of the most important men in Tony's life.

Short version--I really, really love this series!

I realized a while back that I wanted a story in which Gibbs and David got to interact, and this is what grew out of that. I'm really glad you like the OCs; I personally love them, but I've created them and so I'm biased. It's always a nice ego boost to hear that other people enjoy them the way I do.

I do find it interesting, the parallels between David and Gibbs. You wouldn't think there are many, but really, they're more alike than one would think from a surface glance.

thank you so much!

Thank you so much. When I first started this, my initial plan was for Tony and Gibbs to eventually get together, and I realized I just couldn't do it. Tony and David were just too right together, and I couldn't break them up. I'm sorry for Gibbs, but he missed his chance...

I just love this 'verse you've created. Glad David had enough balls to go to NCIS when Tony was missing... and *not* surprised that Gibbs figured him out pretty quickly. Also loved that he was okay with it. Ggreat read...
