yay and not yay
First, the yay: I got an email this morning that "We Are Cleared to Close" from the lender, and then later in the day I got an email from awesome!realtor telling us everything's been recorded by the court, we've closed, the house is OURS! We are now officially homeowners, and landlords (weird as that one is) and I called to change over the water today, and the rest of the utilities we'll change over on the 30th.
So. HOUSE is done, and now all that's left is packing and moving. I am not doing as well on the packing as I would like, but it'll get done. If all else fails we'll contact the movers and have them come pack for us or something. I have to email L the Cleaning Wonder and find out when she's coming to make up the hours (she left early last time due to getting sick) and stuff, and Pinky has said she'll help so I will probably ask her to come over next week and pack up the kitchen.
The not yay is two parts:
1. I broke ANOTHER tooth. It's two to the right of the two front teeth, on top, and I was eating a caramel this morning and all of a sudden the caramel got...crunchy bits in it. So yeah. I called my dentist and I have an appt on Monday at 10:40 that I can take because I switched shifts for Mon and Tues, so that was a good thing, and I'm praying it doesn't need a crown.
2. I think I'm getting a migraine. I've been feeling not so fantastic all afternoon and my head hurts and I'm very warm, which is usually an indication of an oncoming headache. My head does hurt now and I've taken all sorts of things for it, and I may go to bed in a bit and hopefully sleep it off. We have game tomorrow, I have packing I have to do, this is so not the time for a migraine. (It is, however, a week before I'm due for more Botox, which is why I think it's also likely.)

college_boys is posted, thus finishing section two of this ongoing universe. If you were waiting for a stop point before diving in, now is a very good time to start reading. If you do want more of Adam, Gil, Jack, and everyone else, please leave me a comment telling me so! I don't want to post if no one's going to read it.
