March 13, 1pm, we meet with the escrow people to sign a bunch of paperwork and hand over a very large* cashier's check.
One week and one day til home ownership!
(* we actually have to pay less at closing than we thought, by a few thousand dollars. Not sure what happened there but we're certainly not going to complain!)
Once again, if you haven't seen pictures, you can do so here, just don't mind all the stuff belonging to the current sellers.
