according to John McCain. Sadly, that would probably be the only highlight of a McCain presidency. The NYT is also correct in noting that the UK PMQ is heavily dependent on the ability to make a criticism quickly and pointedly, something that American legislators would have trouble with. If an American PMQ were established, it would have to include some sort of time limit to get rid of any long-winded, self-congratulatory remarks by our representatives and senators. Surely such a system would be workable.
