my tummy sees 20/20
Well, last night was spent boozing it up in Baltimore with Jess and my sister. After the bar, Jess and I decided to spend the night at my sister's house. She had contact lens solution... but no contact cases. Jess, my sister's roomate Sasha, and I all took out our contact lenses and put them in glasses on the kitchen counter. Some were shot glasses... some were juice glasses. At some point after that, I decided to make a vodka and cranberry... don't remember much after that. Well, much to my surprise this morning, I discovered one of my contact lenses on the counter in it's little shot glass, but WAIT, the juice glass with my other contact was missing! Where was it? My juice glass was in the sink with cranberry residue all over it! Apparently my cocktail before bed contained not only my contact lens but also a shitload of saline solution. Needless to say I didn't enjoy driving home from Baltimore today with only one contact in my eye. That was the best damn drink ever.
