(no subject)
So it's been like forever and a year since I've updated...at least to my livejournal standards anyways, so I'll try to do a quick and fun recap of my life up til now.
These past two weeks I've been at University every day for their band camp, I really like the kids and I'm having a good time for the most part. Not to mention that I'm making quite a few extra dollars to save before I go to USF. I haven't really been doing anything at night because I've been so tired from the long days. Jarret and I went to the Macaroni Grill one night, it was okay. I was just excited about getting to color on the tables there...what a hoot. Although I refrained myself from drawing anything obscene...even though thats what I was wanting to do the whole time.
This past weekend was a little fast paced...Friday night we went out for Colby's birthday. Congratulations Colby again if you ever read this! But anyways, yeah we went to Tabu to get her drunk, and somehow in the process I wound up shitfaced as well. Too many shots and long island iced teas I tell ya! Too many! Regardless, my drunken stuper wore off by the time we got back to the apartment. It was fun though...good times, good times.
Saturday was the first audition camp...I loved the flag work...loved it. Took me a couple of minutes to get back into the swing of things with sabre, but once I did I was okay. It just took a few minutes. Afterwards we hit up the Wendy's in good ol' fashioned Fahrenheit eatation. Then hung out afterwards and gossiped and talked about the camp...we were supposed to go to Jen's for her birthday but that didn't happen. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEN! Sorry I didn't get to post that in here on Saturday but I hadn't seen a computer in days at that point.
Sunday we really started packing, bought some boxes, got stuff into the laundry...did the works...I hate packing, I don't think I hate anything as much as I do packing. Yeck!
And today I was back at University...
I'm sooooo exciting, I can only imagine the jealousy you have over me right now.
