So most of the past month i have been wrapped up in work, going out, seeing John, and studying.

Besides working 6 days a week for the past 6 weeks i have had some time to do a few things.

in Oct on the 21st i went to Houston for testing for a position with AT&T as apart of their U-Verse expansion. I passed all the Test, just waiting for a call back for an opening in positions, it would be great to be out that way, atleast John would have some company.

I went out to splash the weekend of the 27th, i took some pictures for the Halloween Party (Click Here to check out the pictures)

The next week i spent alot of time studying, 6 days working, and then that weekend the time rolled back an hour I went to visit John in Houston. It was time well spent.

Another 6 days of work and I went out to Splash with a rather interesting night. I had a great time until the last 5 min or so, i have a feeling someone may have slipped something in my drink. I only had 5 drinks, and i can hold my alcohol. I walked out of Splash slurring my words, i couldn’t drive my car, i ended up falling sleep in my car @ an LSU parking lot, drove home @ 6a after being woken up by an LSUPD officer. and i slept until 5p with no hangover. Something was not right about that night.

Repeat 6 Days of work, the 4 weeks of studying i had put in paid off I went in on Friday the 16th and passed my Basic Electricity Test. That means about 5 new jobs open up for me within the company. I have already put in two bids on for a job in Hammond another in La Place. After work last Saturday I went to Centerville to visit with John and his Dad. Helped them with somethings around town. Spent a little time with John’s friend Nick and Denise. Then back to BTR.

This week has been quite, different. I had Overtime on Monday, 1 Hr on Tuesday and a Regular Shift on Wednesday. I had to drive to Texas on a detour. Thanks to some idiots who were drilling for Natural Gas about 100 yards from the Basin Bridge, my usual 3 hr drive took me 5 yrs to get to Silsbee.

Thanksgiving has been great, got to spend time with the family, rest a little, and looking around at houses online. I am looking to move in late Dec or early January. My lease @ Lake Towers is up @ the end of January. After 2 and a half years i believe its time for change. If things go well i may find a job opening in Baton Rouge and a nice place to myself.

Its time to rest, i think i am going to go shopping early in the AM for Black Friday, not for anything fancy, a few movies, a watch, maybe an outfit…. I have a little extra money but i am not going to spend it all.
