So its been almost a month that I left the states, my friends, family and everything that I am use yo behind and moved here. Things so far are going well. I started working yesterday, it is interesting being younger then the people that I am teaching since I am teaching mostly adults, but its also a good thing. Ishigaki was beutiful, and the people were very friendly. However I regret not bringing any warm clothing, since where I am at now is colder. Today is the firsts nice warm day in a long time here, before that it was raining a lot. It actually was raining my last few days on Ishigaki. Nishio is a nice small quiet city. It has a lot of people from Brazil, and Spanish is another popular language that is spoken and learned here. A lot of people know english, so that makes me feel a little more at home. I have posted pictures on my myspace, so if you are interested in seeing them let me know and I can give you the web site. I hate to have to cut this email so short, however I have to go teach soon. I do not have internet access in my house, so I will be checking it a much as I can. also if you want to get updates via email, let me know.
