So, went to the gastroenterologist, and he actually found something!
Apparently there are little tiny ulcers at the end of my small intestines and my inflimation factor is steadily rising. So, they are going to stuff a scope up where the sun don't shine and take a biopsy, to find out whether or not its crohns.
This still doesn't explain my delayed gastric emptying however.
