six flags update
i promised an update, so you guys will get an update. and i have pictures, so that'll be fun.
we went to heb beforehand, because andrew and yevgeniy wanted monster drinks and i had a quick ups shop. kyle went in with andrew and yevgeniy and they came out with donuts, because the monsters weren't cold. yevgeniy and andrew tried to buy sodas, but the soda machine hated us. so yevgeniy did the only logical thing... buddied up with spiderman to beg him to use his webs to get the stuck sodas out of the machine.
no just kidding. he actually got into the cart before the soda mishap... i think... anyway, hooray for spiderman. we all loaded back up into the car and waited for a while to get to the parking of six flags
(they need a lane strictly for parking passes, it would be a lot easier since we just get to smile and drive on through). then we got into the line for tickets for andrew and yevgeniy (we had the "get in for ten bucks" coupons) and afterwards went to the front lanes to get in to the park! kyle and i were dorks, and he found out that our passes stuck to us (it's texas and hella humid... i probably lost weight from sweating so much).
we got into the park and went to get our gullies washed, because it's tradition. that's just a fun ride, even if it's shortish and such. me gusta mucho. but yevgeniy had to keep his hand hidden, because he shot himself with a bb gun.

lol. it was wrapped, but why on earth would i post a boring white gauze picture when i can post an iodine'd, sewed up hand?! after getting our gullies washed, we went to the scream. yevgeniy and andrew wanted to ride it 20 times in a row... so me and kyle rode once with them and then went to the waterpark (since yevgeniy was wounded and couldn't ride things there anyway) until 1:45.
how can i love and hate this ride all at the same time? crazy me. i didn't get any pictures in the waterpark (just one of kyle and one of me, but i'm in a swimsuit so it's not going to be posted for all of you!) because of... oh... the WATER! lol. but it was fun. we hung out in the wave pool when it was unwaving, we played in the lazy river (and had tubes!) and then rode the whirlpool (toilet bowl thing) and the other thing right next to it. hooray for not getting hurt this time, kyle! (stupid lifeguard). so then after the waterpark fun we went back to find andrew/yevgeniy and andrew was very sick. so andrew went home and yevgeniy stayed with us, and me kyle and yevgeniy went to la cantera to eat at sonic, mmmm. oh... before that i found catastrophe, but it's not for squeemish boys (or girls i guess, though you should be less squeemish) so it's going under a
:-P, cutttttt! when i went to the bathroom, i realized i was perioded... the stupid thing came early! and me, being unprepared, had to go to some store to buy them at six flags. no big deal right? i mean i'm 18 and should be ok with buying tampons. but there was an OLD MAN at the counter!!! it was embarassing... and then he goes "what kind do you use?" so i'm thinking brand, then he goes "pads or the other kind?" oh goodness, i blushed i bet. i took kyle with me as moral support, because he's not squeemish (hooray for two sisters).
after getting back, we met up with justin and then there were four!! again!! so we all went to the poltergeist, then to the scream again.
we waited in line and then justin was hungry, so he went to papa john's (it's not a generic pizza place anymore, losers... they have a chic-fil-a too, but we're sure it's hella expensive. justin's pizza was like 26 bucks! hollllyyyy crap) and kyle and i went to stand on ze bridge of powersurge, lol. we got wet and then got cold in the restaurant. i wrote my name in garlic sauce!
and justin couldn't eat all of his pizza, tsk tsk. so he tried to feed yevgeniy, but apparently he didn't like it because he didn't eat it. he had me try a bite, but i just ate crust because it was just us all joking around. then he tried to get kyle to take a bite, but shoved the pizza in his mouth. so kyle went COUGH COUGH COUGH and justin did this:
if you can't tell, he's dying. he laughed really hard and choked on spit and all that fun stuff... lol. after the eating we went and rode the swings (yeah that's a good idea). also some point throughout the day we realized mr. mc-chubsalot and his apprentice were missing!! they removed the fish food thing by the swings and the fishes are gone too (or the big important ones anyway). *sad* i wanted to take a picture. after the swings we did the bumpercars i think. then off to the waterpark again. here we rode the racers thingy (6 lanes of body boarding and you race down it) which is a lot of fun, but i banged up my knees and have a bruise on both. but the things you ride down on are like foam toboggans i guess, and the curve up at the top and have little handles... but it cracked us up because apparently it's acceptable to put this on your head to carry it. like everyone was doing it... haha. it was very funny looking up the stairs from the bottom, because like kyle said, it looked like a cult. we were all going up to the ceremonial whatsit... lol. i'm pictureless because the stupid water is wet!! (:-P). we rode the body slides after that (hooray for an atomic wedgie) and justin was a loser and freaked and tore up his arms.
ewwww, grossss. we left the waterpark after this because it was closing, and made our ways to the superman. superman was fun, and he was looking a little pinkish. he doesn't look as pink in the picture, so i'm not going to post it. but i did take a picture of the picture taken of us on the ride!!! haha, woooooo for that sentence.
we were all pretty tired by now, so we made our way to the train and we were going to ride it. but the train closed at 7:45 (and we got there at like 7:50). so we sat and debated about going to the light show or not. it's the same every year and we all saw it a lot of times last year, so we opted out. but we ran into james (we did earlier too)!
it was a good time, and i loved every minute of it. hooray for friends and six flags passes! i got sunburned on my arms, shoulders, and the top of my back... but not too badly. before you jump on me, i did wear sunscreen!! it's just that Ra hates me and i get sunburned (*cues orbit lady's voice*) no matter what! aren't you proud of me for my update? i sure hope so, and i hope you enjoy reading about my good day. i'll update once more before orientation (i'm leaving thursday) but that's all for tonite.
