AHHHH Christmas is in the Air...
So, what is up with all this fuckery on and about EGL? Seriously, I leave for one day and there's an explosion of stupidity. This is so very annoying. I don't know about you, but the whole community just gets on my nerves. It's not about the fashion, it's about pride. Pride for a dress, pride for beauty; pride for standards and shallow judgement. Stupid things that have turned the community rotten. I know I probably sound overly-righteous, but this is how I feel. But whatever. I saw "The September Issue" today, and I liked it very much! I was really intrigued with the concept of delving into the mind of Anna Wintour; I think she's an amazing person and business woman. Her love of fur however, in my personal taste, is disagreeable. I'm all for vintage fur, but that's about it. This Tuesday is my first test in Jap4. I'm actually not as confident as I usually am, but i'm sure i'll do fine. I did well on our first kanji quiz, so yay. I just wish my teacher was a bit more thorough in her teaching, although the challenge in self-learning is an obstacle I will have to overcome. So it is a personal challenge, I guess :)
But Back to lolita...I really, really wanted the vampire requiem jsk. SO VERY MUCH. The negative part about buying it later though is the price gouging that will most definitely ensue. UGH why does my car need an oil transmission change now? I also just got a nail in my tire, and I chipped a molar. So I'm just bad luck all around :/
I CAN'T WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS. BOOOOOOOOOOOOTS. yes.
I still wear my boots when it's 85 degrees out, though xD
Also, this is what I really want for christmas: for Paul to come with me to visit my family in puerto rico, and also to visit my favorite islands. I love them so much! I can't believe this was 4 years ago :O The water is exactly how it looks in the photos. And in the island directly behind us is the Conquistador, a famous luxury hotel in Puerto Rico. You can see it from the boat ride you have to take to get to the island.
I'm on the far left, and my cousins are the one in the green and the last on the right. As you can tell I'm SO MUCH BIGGER than them! It's kinda embarrassing ~_~;
