To Dare
Often the hardest thing for me to do is put my nose to the grind stone and get things done. Recently I've been working on breaking that habbit. I did manage to finish a video for the 6/6/6 ritual at Sekhet-Maat Lodge. But do to the already mentioned problem it wasn't as good as I had envisioned it and I had to drive from Seattle to Portland and back to get it there on time and go to work the next day.
Every time I see the Prince of Swords I am reminded of my shortcomings when it comes to actualy producing things. There are plenty of complex ideas floating around in my head. Many possible projects that I've immagined with great detail hover, waiting to be manifested on the physical plain. But all that Airy energy wraps me up and leaves me wanting for direction and purpose.
Like I said, I'm working on it. Daily ritual and Asana are part of the regiment. But my main focus is actually manifesting some work. To that end I've spent the morning outlining a book/video project I've been thinking about for a long time. For those of you who know about my obsession with triangles and magnets, this is a result of that line of thought. The goal is a multimedia package that explains the system I've developed and how to use it in magickal practice. The text will be mostly devoted to detailing the system, and the video will be used for the practice of the system. I'll definately be using some of the ideas I experiemnted with in the 6/6/6 video as well as developing some animations I've been thinking about for meditation and scrying.
So the goal is to keep the star spinning on this project and have a rough draft of the project done by Fall. Finally some Fire and Earth for all that Air.
